How long does it take to get my CV?

Your CV will be ready within 48 hours (2 working days). CV + Cover Letter bundles may take 3–4 working days (often faster).

What if I don’t already have a CV?

That’s absolutely fine. Just send us details of your education, work experience, achievements, skills and any hobbies or interests. Once we have your info, let us do the rest — we'll shape it into a professional CV.

What does ATS-friendly mean?

Many employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to scan CVs before a recruiter sees them. If your CV isn’t formatted correctly, it can be filtered out. We design CVs to be ATS-friendly, meaning they pass through these systems and get seen by employers.

How many revisions do I get?

Every package includes one free revision to make sure you're happy. Extra revisions can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Do you guarantee interviews or jobs?

No. We cannot guarantee outcomes. What we do guarantee is a professional, tailored CV that gives you the best chance of success.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available only if no work has started. Once we begin and a draft is produced, refunds are not possible.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely online with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit card before we begin work.

How do I send my information?

After checkout, you'll be directed to our Next Steps page with instructions to email your CV (or details if you don’t have one).

Is my data safe?

Yes. We only use your information to create your CV. Files are stored securely and deleted within 3 months of final delivery, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Will I be able to edit my CV later?

Yes. All documents are delivered in Word format, so you can easily update them for future roles.
