These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Regal Careers, a CV & careers support service operated by Regal x Ltd (Company No. 16218719 ).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Services: We provide CV writing and review services based on the information you supply. We do not guarantee interviews or employment.
Process: Clients provide information or an existing CV. Drafts delivered by email within 2 working days or 3-4 working days for the CV & Cover Letter. One revision included on all packages. First draft delivered in time frame specified and once all relevant informationreceived to start the work.
Payment: Payment in advance via chosen payment method as presented at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are shown on the website for each service. These are indicative and may vary depending on workload or the complexity of your request. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays. 

Refunds: Refunds will only be considered if no work has started. Once a draft is delivered, refunds are not available.

Data: Personal data handled securely in line with our Privacy Notice.

Use of Our Work: CVs and materials created by Regal Careers are for your personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce our work for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Legal Entity: Regal Careers is a service provided by Regal x Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
